About
Anxiety Remission is based on the idea that anxiety is a learnt behaviour: a fight or flight response engraved into your brain from tribal instincts meant to keep you alive. Anxiety is necessary and you want to feel it when you are under real threat, but you do not have to live in it every day.
So what is anxiety remission?
Complete remission is defined as all signs and symptoms of anxiety having disappeared, although anxiety may still be in the body.
In other words, you still have the ability to feel anxious, but it only activates when you truly need it. By calming your nervous system and replacing old patterns, you train your body back into rest and digest, or in easier terms, into remission.
